TRI-County Pastoral Counselling Service

Rev. Dr. Warren Watts

The challenges of life face us all daily. There are times however, when those challenges turn into difficulties that we feel unable to meet on our own. At such times it can be helpful to talk with a professional who can help to clarify the conflicts and discover a new prospective. We offer individual, marital, family, group, premarital, sexual counseling as well as divorce mediation (non-legal) and spiritual development services. We offer a sliding scale as well as insurance reimbursements.  Please feel free to make a appointment today.

Boy Scouts of America

Troop 0013

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

It is a powerful and simple statement. In times of rapid change, our mission statement reminds us of a number of constants in a world where few constants seem to remain in place. The values of the Scout Oath and Law are constants by which millions of young people and adults lead their daily lives. These values do not change. The need to prepare our young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes does not change. Indeed, in times of rapid societal challenge, the imperative to grow our platform to instill the mission in the next generation is our rallying cry. Whether volunteer or professional, youth or adult, whether you serve at the critical unit service or some other level of support, we all share a common mission to serve the next generation of Scouts.

Faith Feeding Freedom

Contact Person for Calvary Church Location

Cindy Barber

Faith Feeding Freedom is a 501(c)(3) organization that feeds the Homeless and Hungry every Friday outside the Truist Bank on King Street at 11:30 am. We are feeding 75+ people each week.  In addition, to feeding we supply clothing, shoes, socks, sleeping bags, backpacks, tents, hygiene products and other essential items that they add to the Needs List each week. In the winter months we provide Hot Soup and Hot Cocoa plus supply coats, blankets, hand and foot warmers, propane for the portable stoves, and other cold weather survival items. There are many homeless, low income families and elderly that do not have the means to meet their basic needs. We provide a nourishing lunch and foods to sustain them along with praying, fellowship, and taking the time to just listen. Our goal is to let them know that THEY MATTER!!!!! We meet the first Friday of every month in Calvary Churches kitchen at 10 am to pack lunches which we distribute in Martinsburg at noon in the town square. If you have any questions to serve at this location please contact us.
